Our Process

The process is very simple…

1. Complete the form.

2. We will review, confirm and request further details or explain any concerns.

3. If you agree to move forward we will provide a detailed quote.

4. Since the products are made from scratch with each order it can take 1 to 2 weeks to deliver.

5. Payment will be requested in full, but it is refundable should anything unexpected occur and we are unable to meet your expectations.

6. We will craft your delicious sweets and deliver, or ship, immediately upon completion (generally on Monday or Tuesday following completion).
