Shipping and Delivery

At the present time, we are a home-based business and can only produce products for shipping or delivery within the state of Indiana. Under certain circumstances we can coordinate and time and place to meet within the city of Noblesville at no additional charge.

Delivery:

• We will deliver to any commercial location within Hamilton County, Indiana. There is a small delivery charge if it is not within the city of Noblesville.

• Delivery will only occur in evenings or on the weekend, so please make sure the location is open.

• Delivery to a commercial food or retail establishment is fine, but please pay patronage to the company and purchase something, especially if this is a place you chose. We will do the same.

EVENT DELIVERY (Delivery to scheduled events):

If we have agreed to deliver to an event, the above policy does not apply. The delivery fee for those deliveries are as follows:

Event Delivery Only (see map below):

• Hamilton County: $25.00

• Surrounding Counties: $50.00

• Secondary Counties (2 counties away): $100.00

• Extended Delivery Zone (2+ counties away): $200.00

Shipping:

Chocolate is extremely sensitive to heat and direct sunlight. Special packaging is required to keep the designs and the chocolate from melting or getting damaged during higher temperatures. Packaging will vary during certain times of the year. Because of this we do not add packaging costs to our prices so we can select the right method at the time they are ordered.

In the event that temperatures will reach 80F or greater between us and the destination it will require extra protection from the elements. Warm weather packaging will be added. If the temperatures will be 90*F or greater, we highly recommend selecting delivery because we cannot guarantee successful delivery with product intact.

Warm Weather Policy:

For any orders placed under the above conditions, “Warm Weather” shipping

should be selected during checkout. Orders will be placed in special insulated

packaging with single use ice packs to help keep the product from getting damaged.

If “Warm Weather” shipping is not chosen and we feel the product could become

damaged and we cannot come to an agreement on packaging it properly or a

delivery option, your order may be cancelled and refunded. See fee table below
